Background

Jedd Luchmun holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Edith Cowan University and a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.

His work combines formal business education with extensive independent research spanning executive psychology, leadership behaviour, neuroscience, decision-making and human performance.

Over several years he has developed an evolving body of executive research centred on a simple but powerful question:

What determines whether a capable leader can consistently perform at their highest level?

This work has led to the development of original executive frameworks including The Hidden Human Baseline, which explores the relationship between human performance, executive performance and organisational outcomes.
